Do you have to set the height for each log? i.e. if you run a 12" dia log the center would be 6". Do you need to change the setup when switching to a 20" dia log? Pretty sweet machine! When bursting the record in to 8 pieces, how does it keep the tip as well as bottom splits tighten to equal?

Do we have to set the tallness for any log? i.e. if we run the 12″ dia record the core would be 6″. Do we need to shift the setup when switching to the 20″ dia log?
