How to emanate bios cue for foot up? 2

I attempted to go in to the BIOS setup application as well as i conduct to emanate the BIOS password, though the complaint is which the cue will usually prompt when i wish to come in the BIOS setup, not during the foot up. we looked everywhere in the setup though i only couldn’t find the settings to set the cue to promp during foot up.
So is there the approach which i can do it?
& is there any way to forestall windows XP cue reset from starting in to protected mode ?
boot cue is a fake clarity of security. though a choice does exist. Look for it underneath security/boot options. Xp should begin routinely unless we F8 during startup.
I got the Dell Inspiron 1420 w/ Service Tag: 1V3DW1S-595B. Some how me or my kids setup the cue as well as right away after sitting for the integrate months it will no longer boot. Please Help
