    No. "Microsoft Sam" is not the program, though rsther than the partial of the debate API in XP. The debate API was updated in Vista to operate Microsoft Anna instead. Even if we gave we the text-to-speech program, it would possibly A.) not work, or B.) operate Anna instead.
