As prolonged as a heat is good next a max temp, no overclock equates to a CPU would fundamentally perform a same during contend 30,10, or -XX grade celcius right?

Neither answer is unequivocally correct. As prolonged as it is not overheating, it will be usually as quick during twenty degrees next max as 50 below. As for a second, which is if we have been overclocking, if we leave a time speeds alone, it will be usually as quick during twenty degrees next max as 50 below. The usually genuine good is prolonged term, a cooler it runs a longer lifespan it should theoretically have, though even afterwards as prolonged as we have been not using nearby a max temperatures, there is no large difference. So fundamentally we have been right, if we have been good underneath a max heat as well as do not devise to overclock, there is no reason to ascent your cooling.
